Physical deck — UK
Free standard delivery. The cards are printed to order, so standard dispatch is 2–3 business days. During busy periods this may extend to 2–3 weeks — we will always let you know if there is a delay. Estimated delivery 3–5 business days from dispatch.
Physical deck — International
Shipping rates calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination. Import duties may apply.
Digital PDF
Instant delivery. A download link is sent to your email address immediately after your order is confirmed. No waiting, no shipping.
Returns & Refunds
Physical products
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition. To start a return, please contact us with your order number and we will arrange a return.
Digital products
Due to the nature of digital downloads, we are unable to offer refunds once the file has been accessed. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please get in touch and we will resolve it promptly.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement at no extra cost.
