What is the AI Hackathon?
A facilitated 2–3 day event where cross-functional teams work on your organisation's real AI opportunities using the adaptive CX framework. Not a generic innovation day — teams work on moments already identified through a Reality Check or Opportunity Program, producing governed behaviour designs they can take forward.
The hackathon accelerates what would otherwise take weeks of separate workstreams. By bringing product, ops, CX and engineering together in a structured, facilitated environment, teams build shared understanding and produce tangible design outputs — not slide decks.
